Wireless Retail Greeter/Sales 57186

Responsible for greeting others and introducing them to the wireless solutions (service, equipment and accessories) offered by client.
Participate in team selling activities by demonstrating products or accessories, helping create customer solutions and reinforcing buying decisions Direct customer traffic and transition others to Solutions Specialists to ensure that customer's needs are met in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns.
Provide support in processing service transactions Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organizations products and/or services Remain current on all wireless products, services, industry and competitive trends Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy,confidentiality and professionalism Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations Meeting sales objectives for wireless phones, services and accessories Handling all administrative aspects of the sale including:
completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders Handling phone inquires from customers on billing issues, payments, upgrades, trade-ins, service changes Assist in the daily overall business operations activities including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.
Associate Degree or Higher required 4 plus years of retail sales experience with key holder/cash handling responsibilities is REQUIRED Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment Computer proficiency Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to stand on feet all day.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
