The person in this role will be a fundamental part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successfully every day.

Training:
As your team's trusted assistant, you'll help to plan and participate in monthly and weekly training sessions.
Topics could include:
website development, use of corporate intranet, customer relationship management, lead management, online and direct marketing, transactional management, real estate fundamentals, latest industry topics, etc.
Organizing fun events:
we're passionate about our community involvement, in-office training, and team building activities - you should be too! Onboarding new agents:
you'll be available during their training on internal systems, procedures, and platforms, while making them feel like part of the family.
